PC keeps on shutting down

My Pc shuts down instantly and it will not open again until I unplug and plug it again, sometimes it just turns off then back on sort of like a restart but not really, I need help resolving the problem cause online class are gonna start soon in my country so any help will be much appreciated.

I have

Ryzen 5 3600

A320m pro e

Rx570 4gb

16gb ram

700w power supply

Can you be more specific? What PSU? What RAM? What brand of motherboard?

I have a Powerex PSU(common here in the PH)

2 sticks of ramsta 8gb ddr4 ram (2400mhz)
