Thank you so much for your Reply

I cleaned the ram slots and reseated all cables

i double checked the Manuel you sent and and im Stuck between two steps

PSU works fine , but the PC doesn't make any sounds/beeps/lights when i try to turn it on

i double Check Psu using paperclip and still works , again i plug all cords in and try to turn it on and nothing happens

Have you tried jumping the power button header on the motherboard with a screwdriver, just to rule that out?

Yes i did try that but nothing

"If the PSU DOES power on, then the problem is most likely your motherboard."

Could be other Pins Damaged from the PSU ?

Yes, possibly, but unlikely.

The test you performed powers on the PSU, and if there's internal problems, 90% of the time it won't turn on.

I had similar symptoms of another build a couple years back with an MSI board. In my case, it was the motherboard and a replacement resolved the issue.

Keep in mind, if your CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, a dead GPU can also display similar symptoms.

Intel Core i7 9700F / Cooler Master 212 Evo / GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER / 16 GB G.SKILL RAM @ 2666MHz / GA-B365M-DS3H / EVGA 500w PSU

HP Pavilion Gaming 15 / Ryzen 5 4600H / GeForce GTX 1050 / 8 GB @ 3200MHz
