everything looks pretty good except the RAM, You should go for a higher speed like 3200mhz. Ryzen really benefits off faster RAM. Also I believe your PSU is not modular. Considering it's a smaller case, you should try to get a semi modular power supply if you can.

41 dollars for a Wraith Prism is too much IMO. You could get a Deepcool Gammaxx 400 or Hyper 212 which gives you much better cooling performance.

Main Rig :

Ryzen 7 2700X | Powercolor Red Devil RX 580 8 GB | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 | 16 GB TeamGroup Elite 2400MHz | Samsung 750 EVO 240 GB | HGST 7200 RPM 1 TB | Seasonic M12II EVO | CoolerMaster Q300L | Dell U2518D | Dell P2217H |

Laptop :

Thinkpad X230 | i5 3320M | 8 GB DDR3 | V-Gen 128 GB SSD |

I looked up if its comaptible, and people are saying that the ds3h cant handle a 3200mhz ram, it blue screens when it boots

for the PSU, i found a CX450M, fully modular PSU, but the price is around 85 dollars. Is that a good deal?

thats pretty expensive, I say around $60 you can find a semi modular psu for that price. Fully modular is not necessary unless for specific purposes. Semi modular is still very good. Make sure it has 80+ also. Brands like EVGA, Cooler master, seasonic, corsair are all good
