Looking at either this https://www.gskill.com/specification/165/168/1536220723/F4-3733C17D-32GTZSW-Specification or https://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/HX436C17PB3K2_32.pdf

Is there one that would be considered "better" spec'ed than the other? Any difference between the two when comparing at base, 2666mhz or max OC? I'm running an i9 9900K with Asus Maximus XI Formula.

Well the top one is better, but not by much. It had a faster frequency with identical CAS latency.

Strictly between them, the 3733 is slightly better and no, 2933 is the base frequency for it meaning anything over that is technically an overclock to the imc and is not guaranteed but the imc on the 9900k is pretty good and should handle these frequencies easily.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).
