75% of my screen is white when im not in fullscreen?

Hello, my game looks like this when im not in fullscreen, also i hear strange noise when i join a server in minecraft with my microphone (its checked listen to this device idk why im hearing strange noise as soon as i join the server)

Dying GPU perhaps. Or just driver issue.
