i have about 50-60 euro to spend on a psu can you suggest a good one for my money. btw i am from greece if you can pick from greece sites.

you can get the 600w version if you want to use this PSU for more hungry parts, but even 9600k + 2070S wont exceed 400w so dont need to go beyond 600w PSUs anytime soon.

The pure power 11 is decent, and yes the 400w one is enough for this system.
