Cpu idling around 55

Hey i just got a quick question. My Ryzen 5 2600x idles around 43-55. Is this normal? I am using stock cooler

Idle temperatures mean nothing. It is probably fine but if I were you I would stress the CPU and see if any throttles or crashes occur.

ok ill try that. Also on idle it goes down to 40, then jumps to over 50

ryzen temps at stock setting tends to spike like that often, no idea why, but it's normal
