Laptop for programming / gaming and general

Hi there,

 

I'm looking for a laptop that is thin, and good for gaming and programming. I'm going into my second year of university studying Software Engineering and I'm looking for a laptop to bring to and from university. 

 

I have been looking at the Razer Blade 15 with 2070 Max Q and the OLED 4K screen, 10th Gen Intel i7 but it's very difficult to justify the £2,300 price tag (As much as I'm sure it's worth every penny!).

 

It does not have to be light per-say, but it must not be bulky.

 

Does anybody have any suggestions? If you require more info then please ask.

The newer ryzen laptops look great, granted several limitations on configurations presently such as the 2060 being the highest gpu option.

What he ^ said. Avoid the asus tuf laptop if you care about colors, the panel is trash.
