I trying to find some way to make this happen, I am attempting to make a custom rack server to send into my collocation provider, but the issue is I've not found any chassis to make this possible. I am trying to make a custom server with an i9-10900k with 128GB Ram as I am planning on making it the new backbone of my server hosting service. Any recommendations on where to look to find such a chassis?

Aside from the usual sites like Newegg, Amazon, & eBay I can't immediately think of any others.

If you really need something special, something non-standard you may have no choice but to either modify a factory enclosure to suit your needs (I've done this) or alternatively look into services like Protocase. Be warned though. With a fully custom box it come with a hefty price tag. I hope you have deep pockets.

I have 4u's free at the moment, but can get an extra u for only a little bit if necessary.

How mny drives?

Lots of 4u cases out there, like this guy

I have something like this guy https://www.newegg.com/chenbro-rm41300-f1-black/p/N82E16811123177?&quicklink=true

Works fine nothing really exciting about it.

I've been working on this list for a while trying to figure out all the questions below, but I've still not found the answers to said questions

So I've been looking at building a Mid ATX Server as the DC I use for collocation offers that, and I made this Server setup would the cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO be able to keep up with the i9-10900k overclocked or should I switch it to either the
Noctua NH-D15
Dark Rock Pro 4 or
Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3
BTW the datacenters temps are between 9C - 16C coming in and 20C - 32C going out

And would both the Motherboard and CPU be able to support 128GB Ram at 3600Mhz if not what would be the highest frequency supported at 128GB and 64GB respectively.

Ps Thank you so much for the help, I just want to make sure this build is the best it can be before spending large sums of money on it.

When I use a 4u case, it was too short to fit a hyper 212. You probably need something like nh-d9l

So the PCIE 4.0 drive won’t make much difference for stuff such as map loading for source engine games? And Minecraft servers too??
