Splitter AMP Fan Safe?

Sup,

 

     So quick question all, um the ml120 fan pro led blue has a power draw of about 0.3 amps which I do not know if it that is the peak value but is it safe to put two of those on one header using a noctua splitter on the mobo as I know each header allows 1 amp I believe, thanks.
