Building a Case out of Cardboard

I own a pc case only for mATX boards and I would like to upgrade my pc and the motherboard is maybe gonna be a ATX board. If i choose a mATX I still want to be able to have an ATX board in my case.

 

 Can I build a case out of cardboard or can I buy a cheap normal case. If I buy a normal case it doesn't need to be RGB friendly and have a glass window on the side.

mATX boards are generally cheaper, and often the only difference is slightly less connectivity (often all you lose is a PCIe slot)

If you must get an ATX board, the Coolermaster NR600 and Phanteks P300A are solid budget friendly cases
