i built a pc yesterday and i noticed that the boot time is 10s longer even though i am using a different ssd and much better specs (the pc does boot up)

there are lights on the motherboad that light up when i turn it on...

What did you have before? The SSD you chose is really not great. It has no DRAM, and they don't even disclose 4K random R/W speed, likely because it's so abysmal. Smaller SSDs like 240GB and especially 120GB (if you can find one) are also always slower, because they generally just have one NAND chip, which means the controller can't parallel anything.
