Kind of looks like those are for front panel audio... though as far as I know no front panel connectors should have pins in the connectors on the case end.

Did you buy this used by chance? Does it say anything on the other side of the plug? Looks like a USB plug to me.

I’m just trying to figure out how to turn the pc on atm is this part used for the power button of the pc?

If you don’t want to plug in the FP headers then you can use a screwdriver to short the two power button pins to turn on the PC, I use it when testing hardware.

You should have already tested everything before putting it in the case.

Kogan 144hz monitor (Overclocked to 165) Ryzen 3 3100, RX 580 Gigabyte Windforce (1450 mhz) 2 x 8GB CL15 DDR4 3133 (Overclocked from 2400) Phanteks P300 white (RGB set to purple), Zarrius Deskpad (I have the yellow one), Razer Deathadder Essential, CK62 wireless (don’t use it wireless)

if you dont know what it is, try and turn on the pc and see if anything is affected by it, or try and find a pc build comp which has that case and you may be able to see where it is used.

That front panel header for *whatever* has taken some pins off of this guy’s motherboard R.I.P

Never seen something like this before but I’ve broken two USB3 FP connectors  (connector tore in half and one half was still inside its slot on the board) because I’ve been using 25-30$ cases till now that I’m actually getting a good case (P300)

Must be tough getting PC parts in Perth.

I’m in Victoria and I still have to wait 5 or so days for anything that isn’t in Victoria.

Lucky express exists or it would take me a week to get all my PC parts.
