sync volume on 2 audio output

hello guys, need some help with my arctics 5.

My headset got a USB ChatMix Dial that suppose to easily switch between discord and multimedia audio output. but on windows the headset appear with two separate output, the multimedia one and the "chat".

when i up the sound the chat stay the same, wich is normal but bothering me. is there any way to lock the two output volume together? i m on windows 10 by the way.
