I bought myself a gtx 1050ti. It have some scratches on it.

Should I send it back and get a new one or is it's nonsense ?

Are you sure these are scratches? To me, they look like leftover adhesive from stickers.

A bit of alcohol and a cloth/toothbrush (<- not one you intend to use in your mouth anymore) would probably help get rid of it.

Does it work when plugged into your system? If it does, don't worry about it. If it doesn't, then RMA it, and tell them it doesn't work, and that there are visible scratches on the back.
