That's a 3-pin RGB cable. It plugs into the addressable RGB header on your motherboard. Since I don't know what motherboard you have, I can't tell you exactly where the header is. It should say in the manual somewhere.

 

Edit: I believe the header is typically somewhere down on/near the bottom of the board though

That's a 3pin 5v argb header.  Plugs to the board if it has one. 

And if the board has a 4 pin 12v don't use that, that'll fry the cable.

Should have specified that in my comment. Some boards have three-pin headers, and some have four-pin. If you don't have the right type on your board there isn't much you can do. Just leave the cable unplugged.

 

There are some boards that have both three-pin and four-pin headers though, like mine
