how much do you think i could sell it for?

I'm not very familiar with this area, but I'd throw out a figure of around $400-$500 USD.

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

So housefire PSU and 4gb video card.  $450 might be high.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

It might be.  It depends entirely where you are selling it.  There is a minimum for a working pc that will play light video games though. You’ve got a not-so-fast 4/8 cpu, a discrete gpu, and enough ram (barely) to run a video game. So qualifies as a working pc that will play light video games.  Puts it in the game class as a Dell i7 business prebuilt with a 1550 in it. It will push some rocket league and some fortnight. Part of the issue is old gaming capable business prebuilts  have become thin on the ground.  They’re over $300 now where they used to be maybe a hundred bucks, esports runs ok on lighter computers, and esports games are pretty popular right now.  If it was say SFF and the video card wouldn’t fit it’s value would be cut in half.

And you thought right some people just dont know how market or prices work (that's why nvidia gets away selling 1000$ GPUs xD) and for you that's not a good thing.. because people give a lot more easy their random opinion to a stranger than their money... when it comes to pull the trigger those people that say so easily 500$ for example will double triple think about it and realize it's better to spend that money on new retail stuff than towards a random guy from craigslist unless its a bargain buying new retail stuff from a reputable shop more often than not wins as an option.

The simple question you have to ask is what can a prospect buyer get for the money I am asking in new retail gear.

If the stuff he does get with the same price you are asking is equal or better in performance then you need to drop your price.

If its worse but not that much worse then you can hang around that price or maybe make a discount (because dont forget that new gear comes with warranty and well its new no dust or anything else a used PC might have, people dont know you so they will assume the worst about you in terms of risk + with new gear you have the option to choose what you get, with your offer they have to get the whole package even if they dont like the case for example )

You have also to check the market you are going to sell your stuff (e.g ebay) for the same price what are other people offer in terms of used hardware? because you are going to compete with them too.

Edit: check on sold item history though because you will find articles e.g on ebay that have ridiculous prices but nobody buys those and they hang there for months or what not, check on what prices people actually sold similar gear than yours.
