Windows 10 microphone echo

How do i Disable all sound effects on windows 10? I hear a echo in my microphone that i cant get rid off. I cant find these settings anywhere.

run windows update to update all you drivers. (make sure the 'update additional products' box is ticked in advanced settings).

Uncheck 'Listen to this device' in the Listen tab of the microphone properties.

Does windows 10 have settings that you have to turne on, like some code? Is it like secret settings?

Go here and check the 'other microsoft products" option.
