I'm wondering if anyone know what Acer's first desktop PC was

I quickly googled it and it's the Micro-Professor MPF-I.

Do you specifically mean when they were under the name 'Acer'? They first formed as 'Multitech' and produced the Micro-Professor MPF-I in 1981, but it doesn't represent the 'desktop' moniker we know today.

Windows released in 1985 and MacOS in 1984, so neither ran on the Micro-Professor MPF-I. The MPF-II and MPF-III were Apple II and IIe clones respectively.

Later the company became 'just another' IBM compatible PC manufacturer, before changing their name to 'Acer' in 1987.

If you want to know more about its modern (-ish) desktops/laptops, you probably have to look at their Aspire line of devices. Before Aspire they had the naming AcerPower S. These devices more closely resemble modern desktop machines.
