first of all, use something other than HWmonitor as that's not an accurate software for readings, use hwinfo64, second of all is it loud? and if hwinfo is reporting the same thing and it is loud, you could set a fan curve in the bios.

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).
