Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: solid works cathia and maybe ansys

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

so i have a team of engineers and the people using these kinds of heavy workloads are about 6-8

but keep in mind that the rest also need a pc and the 15000$ budget is for all but not all of them need the same power when it comes to pcs
