What should I upgrade

Waiting aside, I'd probably recommend upgrading your CPU and mobo. That GPU is plenty capable of keeping up with a newer CPU, and upgrading the GPU might be a bit overkill considering the age of your CPU. Up to you if you want to go ahead and get a R5 3600 now, or wait a bit for the newer stuff to come out.
