d-link dsl-2750u is a bad router or what????

M.R_KING

I bought the d-link dsl-2750u router because I wanted to replace my old 9 year old ISP router

and when I bought it, it didn't perform as I expected.
I was expecting it to be faster and more stable, but I was surprised that it was not very stable

and sometimes the download speed was slow, unlike the old isp router, most of the time the download speeds were almost good.
The d-link router is most of the time stable but sometimes not stable
So I was shocked ??
Are there any problems with this router and it is not good, or are the connection cables between the router and the ground line of poor quality etc. ...
I did not understand why ??
The d-link router is sometimes stable sometimes not not but the most time is stable...you got the point
By the way, the router gets so hot that it hurts my hand sometimes and at that point the internet becomes unstable at all
If you have experience with this router tell me, have you got the same problems or is it stable with you ???

It looks like an old and cheap piece of junk, no gigabit LAN, 10 year old WiFi spec, and maximum of 24Mbps down and 1Mbps up from DSL...

Threads merged and moved to Networking. Don't keep reposting the same thread in different sections, that's considered spamming.

It's much worse than what I had 10 years ago and likely worse than what your ISP gives you too.
