DAC/Amp Recommendation or Need?

For Science!

Hello!

Similar to the thread below, but I wanted to hear (hahaa) your opinion and recommendations for DAC/Amps. I am using a HiFiMan Sundara as my headphones, and both on my PC and mobile phone (Galaxy S7) I need close to 100% volume to get good volume. I am interested in both a desktop solution and something that can travel and be used with my phone. If there is a particular product that works well on the desktop as well as on-the-go, that would be the best option for me as I Ideally don't want to buy two. If you think the audio quality will not change though I need 100% on my devices, also good to hear that too.

No real budget, but lets say ideally around the <200 USD range (I am in Germany)

ttopping l30 and   A topping d10 would be pretty decent

Can I interpret that your recommendations indicate that I will benefit from having an extra device for audio quality?
