Android google contacts sync issue *solved

So I have a google account for the family business and the plan is to sync phones and web contacts on computers but as of now his account won't sync. It's secondary on my phone and primary on his, neither phone can sync that account but mine can sync my primary account. His phone is rather old btw. 

 

Problem being that I sometimes enter info on his phone and sometimes on a computer and I need them to update. I'm not much of a mobile person so no idea what to do

 

Thoughts?

 

*edit: I'm an idiot, had to update the password that I changed, working now. I will report this for deletion

no need to delete, if someone was to Google this and have a hit to your thread, it could help ;)
