Weird interference microphone noise

I built a new PC and my headset microphone is producing this sound constantly Untitled.mp3. It goes up and down over and over and it's driving me insane! Do you know what is causing this and how could I fix it?

My setup is:
Mobo: Gigabyte B450M H

GPU: Gigabyte 1660 Gaming OC
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

PSU: FSP 700w hyper m

Could be interference from the GPU. When it's only noticeable while gaming it's probably that. In this case your best bet is an external sound card.

It's always present and doesn't change even when gaming but it could be from the GPU itself.

That is very odd indeed. Where is your mic plugged in? Rear or front I/O? Have you tried either?

It's plugged in the rear I/O. The front I/O has the same issue. I've tried both!
