is it the windows settings that say you have a 75HZ option.

or is it the specs your monitor came with that said it.

at work i have a 60Hz monitor that i can set to 75Hz in windows settings (but it's not aadvertised as a 75Hz monitor)

and when doing that it just studders more, as it's not made for 75Hz but windows allows it for some reason

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.

its the windows settings, the product is not advertised in 75hz.

so its the windows problem ?

yea i don't think it actually supports 75Hz

which is why it's acting wierd.

i'd suggest just putting it back on 60Hz

Happened to me too. I just set it to 75 hz and go into the monitor preset menu and alternate until it snapped back. It was an acer monitor.

so i need to setup the monitor too ?

nah, just set it to 75hz in windows.

Then go to the monitor preset menu and apply some other preset.

may I ask you're monitor model or vendor?
