so i have an old intel dh55pj board

wich works ok 

i am not really in the point of changing computer by now

so till than i am upgrading my computer

i have a gt 710 passive colling 2gb vram low profile

and i thought of buying a asus geforce gt 1030 2gb 

as an upgrade so i could play some games better should i?

If you do get a 1030, make sure it's a GDDR5 variant, not DDR4.
