Please help me build a pc

Budget (including currency): 550$ (70,730.00 Algerian Dinar)

Country: algeria 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:-games: csgo, valorant, call of duty:warzone, roblox, minecraft, farcry 5 (all mixed settings at 1080p)

                                                                                                  -programs: davinci resolve, photoshop and the unity engine.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

1-no i dont have a existing parts list.

2-no i already bought them from ebay (the build will be made next year).

3- i am upgrading from a old 2013 dell laptop with an i3-4010u and 4gb of ram.

4-like i said the build will be made next year.

5-resolution:1080p

  refresh rate:75hz

By next year we will already have new GPUs from both Nvidia and AMD, as well as new CPUs from AMD and possibly even Intel, along with who knows what other new hardware.

Putting together a parts list now would be kind of pointless.
