hey guys can i have your thoughts on the spec below- looking to run at 1440p and 144hz if possible

Seem fine, but not really worth while, you could keep things like your current Mobo and ram and save a hundred or so, then maybe look at a 2070 or something along those lines

Umm I don't think 120GB is enough for ANY gaming rig nowadays. That is, unless you already have a high-capacity hard drive from your previous build.

get better case like phanteks p300A mesh or phanteks p400A digital.

for the gpu get rx 5700XT. it has the performance of rtx 2070 super but costs much less.

get more storage.

120mm watercooler? any decent aircooler is much better.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

I was trying to go for a build what would look nice too as atm none of my parts or anything match.

a 5700xt is closer to a rtx 2070s in terms of performance. plus, its cheaper.

Somewhere around 5-8% on average. If you're not interested in streaming or ray tracing, you might as well go with the 5700XT.
