Cant join discord server

When i try join discord sever i click accept invite then it takes me back to my discord and hasn't added the LTT Server,

 

Tried multiple times on multiple devices, whats the issue?

 

My account is linked to my discord on the forum

Do you have a phone number linked to your Discord account? This is a required to join the LTT Discord as I have heard.

It is a requirement to provide a phone number.... And that's also why I'm not there myself.
If you're cool giving it out, that's OK since it's your biz but I'm not cool with that personally so I won't be there.
