I had AMD Ryzen 5 2600 with 1660 and both were working as expected at 1080p Gaming but used to lag when i started streaming it. Then i upgraded my psu to 650w from 450w and got 2080super. but now it seems that i am not getting anymore frames as i was used to get on older setup. And when i again tried to stream on 2080super it lagged even more. When i ran a benchmark it showed that my GPU is performing below potential. (https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/31376013)
Can anyone tell me the cause and solution to this ? My PC details are below.

Older Setup :-

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (OVERCLOCKED)

MSI NVIDIA 1660 (OVERCLOCKED)                    Upgraded to= MSI 2080 SUPER Ventus XS OC

16GB RAM (XMP Profile 2:- 2933)

A320M PRO VD/S

240 GB SSD (WD GREEN)

1TB HDD.(WD BLUE)

Cooler Master 450w                                              Upgraded to= ANTEC 650w

Could be a lot of things, from background tasks to your cpu possibly being the bottleneck.

CPU: Intel core i7-8086K Case: CORSAIR Crystal 570X RGB CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H150i PRO RGB Storage: Samsung 980 Pro - 2TB NVMe SSD PSU: EVGA 1000 GQ, 80+ GOLD 1000W, Semi Modular GPU: MSI Radeon RX 580 GAMING X 8G RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4 3200mhz Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z370-E Gaming

It still claims 68th percentile (above average). It looks like it is just trying to recommend overclocking.

Are you reaching expected performance in other benchmarks/games without recording? Are you streaming with nvenc or x264?

A second stick for dual channel will definitely help some games and x264. You should probably be using nvenc regardless, though. On 20 series it is supposed to be about the same as x264 medium (see about nvenc section).

Yeaah i am using NVENC but even when i am not streaming the FPS are almost the same as when i played with 1660. & and yesterday i was playing PUBG in medium settings with 2080super and the FPS were below 50 until i turned down settings to very low. And this happened when i was only playing the game nothing extra background processes.

What resolution?

Single channel ram isn't helping, but AFAIK you should still be getting better performance.

What is the temperature and frequency of your CPU and GPU? Is your GPU using pcie 16x?
