You can use PCPartPicker to look up the components you want. It should give you a rough idea of price, by looking up the cheapest seller. You can obviously buy all the parts from the same retailer, it might just be a bit more expensive (or less, since you only have to pay for shipping once).

If you want others to help you with recommendations then you should probably mention what you're planning to do with the system, e.g. gaming, streaming, work, etc.

Remember to either quote or @mention others, so they are notified of your reply
