Okay so i just want to get myself some decent peakeert for pc nothing special jut for some causual movies/ games/ music also i dont want to blow the bank any suggestions ?

it would also be great if they would be somewhat portable but they dont have to be portable just to move around inside i guess

Do you need passive or active speakers?  Monitors like my Mackie's come in 3, 4 and 5 inch sizes for portability or budget concerns.

I use Creative T12 speakers for my work PC.  The extra bass driver on the back of each one makes for a pretty decent sound considering the price and size!

I just want something that wont ound like shit and will jsut do a good job when i dont want to wear my headphones at the end of the day

I have these. Got them on sale years ago. They sound decent. I use them for my TV, but they offer 3.5mm jack and RCA which is convenient.
