Hey,

I recently got a 40OZ and a 21OZ water bottle from LTTSTORE.COM and I noticed something odd.

The performance of the big bottle seems to be way worse than the small bottle. To test it I filled the big and small bottle halfway with ice cubes and topped them off with water from the fridge (6°C).

After half an hour the outside of the small small bottle is about room temperature whereas the outside of the big bottle is cold and full of condensation.

Is there supposed to be such a big difference between the two? Or could there have been a problem with the vacuum of the big bottle? Because right now I really need to chug that water from the big bottle if I want to drink it all before it is warmed up.

Could be damaged from shipping.  Any signs of dents on the metal?  Or maybe the seal around the top is broken.

There are no signs of any damage. No dents or cracks. The only part I can't check is the part where the ring of the cap goes around the neck of the bottle.

i mean a bigger water bottle is supposed to be worse since it has more surface area

Sure, but today I filled them both the same way and I only used the small bottle. I even refilled that one 2 times and at the end of the day it still had ice in it. The big one however had no ice left even though I did not refill it with warm(er) water.
