Wait, are you asking about the temperature of your room? As in the room will heat up because of the GPU?

 

In that case, you only should look at the wattage the card uses / puts out. That wattage inevitably makes it into your room as heat. Think of it as the card being a space heater with a certain wattage output, because that is basically how it works.

 

The temperature the card runs at is irrelevant, just as the surface temp of a space heater is irrelevant. Only wattage output.

Depends entirely on the cooling solution of the GPU's. The 5700XT will use more power.
