audio problems with sony CH700N headphone

NAMAJAFF
I just bought the sony CH700N and its amazing, except for one problem.

every once in a while (sometimes it happens minutes apart and sometimes seconds) the audio cuts off for less than a second, and it drives me crazy.

is there any way to fix it?

How far away from the device are you when it cuts out? It is possible you are too far and the signal is cutting out.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

Well, there are a few things you might want to try.

1, Try re-pairing them to your device.

2. Test out the headphones using another device.

3. Reset the headphones, and use the Sony app to update them.

4. Try a different music service, or try watching a video audio source might be the problem.

5. Use the aux cable, if it keeps crackling it might be a more severe defect.

Hope this might help.

I had a similar problem with my wireless headphones and my smartphone. From time to time, especially while sitting in the tram, audio was interrupted or stuttering. It happened every time my smartphones picked up the faintest signal from a (known) wifi hotspot and tried to connect. So turning off wifi solved it for me.
