I wanna build a pc but this is my first time . I want to go with the ryzen 5 3600 but I heard that the 4000 series is coming at the end of 2020. should I wait or it is better to buy a 3600 now ?

we dont know if low end/mid-range products will be launched this year, seeing that you're going after the 3600
