i need some help i have a ssd in my pc and its not warking/not showing u it thare a way to fix it its a sp a55 512gb

if it was just plugged it in, you'll have to set it up in disk management

 

win+x, disk management, and you should see it in there

 

then right click it and new volume

can u swap these two cables? so the right angle one wouldnt have to bend an awkward angle

also, some SATA ports may be disabled when u use certain feature of your motherboard (like certain pcie slots and m.2 slots)

do you have any pcie cards in a slot that goes through the chipset? or m.2 drives?

i don’t have a manual and i have a graphics card in the first slot

and judging by your disk management screenshot, you probably dont have another drive unless one of the sata cable isnt connected to anything

 

did u test the sata cable to make sure it's good? with your working drive

if cable works but the drive isnt detected, then you might have a defective product
