POSTs and can get into Bios, but

Hello, so recently i decided to do some upgrading. I upgraded my MoBo, CPU, and RAM. I kept everything else from my previous build. When i go to power up, it posts and i can navigate the Bios. The problem is it wont start up windows even though it recognizes the boot drives. It stops at the American Megatrends screen and says "hit F1 to run setup" at the bottom.

It won't let you continue because your CPU fan is plugged into the wrong place. It doesn't want to kill your CPU. Plug in your CPU fan header in the correct location.
