5ghz all 16 core combo

Best motherboard combo with all oc 16 core to 5ghz no nitrogen, I have solution for that, but what mb is durable for about 12/7 50-100% cpu load on all core 5 ghz.

I thought about amd combo, because I need 3 of these setup and this is cheap? and better results?,...

And I want fit there 3 rtx 2080 on each mb, but not sure to wait for 3080.

You won't be able to cool that setup without LN2. It'll be quite similar to Chernobyl

I have "free energy" no cost from nature and I have tiny clean chillers.

You don't get it, pushing a 3950X to 5GHz requires extremely voltage that will destroy the CPU if you run it at such settings daily. These voltages are only used for setting records and scrapping the used parts.

You're looking at 4.2 all core for the most part. You can't clock 16 cores insanely high without LN2 because the heat density makes it impossible to cool down.

Why even bother with the 9980? It's slower, requires more power, produces more heat and is 4 times more expensive. I don't see a reason to get that at all.
