Windows 7 freezing

hi

 

as you can guess windows 7 keeps freezing. it will happen every couple of minutes and the hole computer will freeze up, youtube wont stop until i make the window unresponsive.

 

i have all the drivers installed, the computer run warm/hot but its not as hot as it has been.

 

amd phenom II N830 and 4gb of memory

 

any ideas/fixes

Could be hardware or just win 7 being difficult, try to see if anything's displaced if you haven't already!

Soo many games, not enough money to get any.

If something like the RAM is hanging out, always good to check and double check!
