High-End Workstation (5000+)

Hi guys,

First, I am sorry for my bad  English. So let's go.
What is the cheapast workstation build (whithout mouse, keyboard, .. (but within the monitor(s))) for now (February 2014)?
Just want to know what you can get for your money these days. Its just because i am interested. 
I hope there will be an expert who will answer.

Yeah, that's what I'd have gone with too. But there's 8bit and 10bit.

Viewsonic also has some very quality panels.

Yes I am from Germany.
I need the workstation for video editing stuff. (all programs from the Adobe Creative Cloud)
I used 2 monitors so far, but 3 would be great.
The budget is 5000€+.
