I mean by PCIE slot pins, it might be broken with all correct pins intact.

I cannot see anything broken but a way to trouble shoot if the GPU is actually dead is to grab another GPU and see if your system boots.

Ok, i think the issue is the one in my.old post so i am going to reinstall the system into the case
