Dual Display - Apps rearranging to main display after sleep state

Hi all, 

Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else? I searched and couldn't find. 

 

Issue : App windows rearrange after sleep state. 

Basically, when my computer wakes up, all my app windows re-arrange themselves on my main display. The biggest issue is that i use multiple desktops for personal and work. 

It gets super annoying to have to set this up every morning or every time I step away for a few hrs. 

 

Attempted Trouble Shooting :

- Updated drivers

- Deleted PnP Devices and installed proper Monitor Drivers

- "Never" sleep option for monitor power configs. 

- Created multiple power plans. 

- No sleep, hibernate only (this did not work, reverted to recco'd AMD power plan.)
