Questions about RGB and Fan Splitter, how do they work?

Hi, I need splitter for RGB and Fan, I found some on AliExpress but not sure if it work for my case.

What I need is:

1. RGB splitter that can have different color for every header. It will be only solid color for each header. My motherboard is asrock b450m steel legend so it have 1 ARGB and 1 RGB header.

2. For fan splitter it's actually more simple because I can go ahead and pick a 2 or 3 way splitter, but I found something interesting so I will ask anyway.

My question:

1. How do the RGB splitter work?

2. If I pick the regular RGB splitter not the ARGB, will I be able to control each header individually?

3. Will I fry my motherboard if I get the one with sata additional power input?

4. For the fan splitter I think the first one will only input power right? How do the second one work?

5. Will I be able to control each header individually if I use splitter? Not specifically the one I linked, I also have one from my cooler Master 212 turbo and it split from 4pin to 1 3pin and 4pin each, I only use bios to control fan until now.

 

X. Not really related to the topic, anyone know or have a jonsbo v4 and cryorig m9 variant(a or plus)? I have a cooler Master v850 gold psu, still waiting for the case to be shipped from china, do you think the cryorig m9 will fit? Or any suggestions for tower cooler with max 120mm height?

If possible I don't want to use ARGB strip as it's significantly pricier than normal RGB, and I don't think it's worth it in my case(static solid color)
