4.5mm barrel to usb c

I have a dell inspiron 13 5000 from a few yars ago with a 4.5 mm barrel port and no usb c. I have a battery bank with a usb c port with 45w output (the minimum charging wattage for my laptop is 45 w). is there a quality adapter from usb c female to 4.5 mm barrel male so I can use my battery to charge my laptop. Thanks.

1) how much voltage does your powerbank output to get that 45W? 12V? is it qualcomm quick charge?

2) what's your laptop charging port input voltage? likely 19V

3) i think dell has some detection system to know if you're not using their charger (based on my experience borrowing a classmate a charger when he forgot his)

@Moonzythe power bank outputs 20v at 2.25 amps, not sure what my laptop voltage is but the factory charger is 19.5v at 2.31 amps. I dont know if that will be a problem.

does it use qualcomm standards? if it does then the default output voltage is 5, and you'll need some signal to raise that voltage afaik

yea, most laptop charger is rated for 19V

 

but still, dell laptops are picky when it comes to charger from my experience

you can power it but it will not charge the batteries
