No, they are sealed from the factory. There is really nothing you can do anyways.

by this u mean people can use it until a certain time that it should be changed. but how long the lifespan usually?

They should last "indefinitely". The only ting to really go bad is the pump, which, eventually, will die. They do evaporate liquid over time, but as long as the radiator exists is above the pump, the pump will always have fluid, and it will always pump said fluid until it dies. Realistically, if it lasts less than 5 years I would be upset, if it lasts more than 10 years I would be shocked. This is why air coolers are better from a reliability standpoint. Nothing to really go bad except the fan, and even if a fan did die it isn't catastrophic. Temps will rise, and you may even notice it (if not, itll eventually just go into thermal shut down or just throttle). If a pump dies, it basically instantly goes to thermal throttle and will shut down.

Also.... a good air cooler is as good if not better than most AIO's.

only maintenance you need to worry about with AIOs is cleaning the dust out of them every month or 2 to keep them free flowing with air.

My Corsair H60 1st gen, which is about 8 years old, just recently dropped the point of no longer flowing. The fluid evaporated very slowly out of the loop. The inside is extremely clean, and the pump shows no wear, despite daily use with full pump speed. I've refilled it and it keeps going.

Assuming Asetek is comparable quality to CoolIT, that is the limiting factor.

Those are closed loop cooler (CLC) AIO's.

If you want one you can maintain, you need an Open Loop AIO, which is basically a prefilled, preassembled custom loop where all the parts can be replaced or expanded yourself.

Example is that one EK AIO I can't remember the name of, but which was a rough effort, Swiftech's 360 AIO that was sold once and seemed to be liked by people, and Alphacool Eisbaer Extreme 280.

*SOME* CLC's may have a fill port, which means you can top it off with new 75/25 coolant (e.g. 75% distilled, 25% glycol antifreeze (to stop anything from growing in it), or some commercial inhibitor, which is going to be alot more expensive than antifreeze, you can also use this stuff with your distilled water also: https://www.redlineoil.com/waterwetter ).

No they shouldn't need maintenance, but you should definitely dust out the rad after a few months, cuz they get real dusty. Most if not all AIO's do not need maintenance other than dusting, it's only really open loops that need proper maintenance, in fact you will void the warranty if you open the AIO.
