Does the gaming x from msi have good vrms

My gigabyte 2060 super gaming oc has extremely bad coil whine and I've heard around that gigabyte cards are very known for this. I've decided I'm going to replace it and was wondering if anyone could tell me if the vrms on the gaming x from msi is any better than the ones from gigabyte

Would getting a really high end card like the rog strix lessen the chances of coil whine?

It does matter.,.but not in regards to coil whine....high end cards and or power supply can suffer from it.
