So you turned in XMP or DOCP and now it won't output?

Just clear your CMOS, there is usually a button or jumper for this, consult your mobo manual.

Alternatively, you can power down the system and take out the coin cell battery from the motherboard, wait 15-30 seconds and pop it back in. That will reset the BIOS to the default settings.

Clear the CMOS.

Did you enable XMP or just set the frequency to 3200MHz?

After clearing the CMOS you could look at the QVL for your motherboard to see what speed they have your RAM kit certified too.

Enabling XMP/DOCP may help the RAM run at the correct speed without causing stability issues.

My knowledge of 3rd gen Ryzen is limited, but on my 1700 I needed to tweak the SOC voltage and also the DRAM voltage to get my 3400mhz speed running correctly.

what can I do

So xmp/ docp didn't work?

Clear the cmos. Then, set the soc to 1.1 and dram to 1.35. Set it to 3200 with xmp/docp enabled. If it boots use memtest86 or/ and OCCT to make sure it's stable.

Btw. Make sure your ram is in slot 2 and 4.
